Located in South Luanda, the Living Business Center comprises 9 lots, each with its own building. The enterprise comprises 5 office and commercial buildings, a residential building, an equipment building, a commercial building and a Retail Park.

Lot 1 is occupied by a two-block mixed-use building (housing and commerce), on a common basement, for parking. Above the basement, each of the blocks has an H-shaped floor plan and develops on a ground floor and 5 higher floors, with a roof terrace. The apartments are distributed around a central core, where the building's vertical accesses are located.

Each of the lots 2 to 6 is fully occupied by an underground parking floor, with the building developing into three more elevated floors and an accessible roof. The raised floors form a volume with a smaller area, with a rectangular shape, with the ground floor for commerce and the 3 raised floors for offices.

The structures are framed in reinforced concrete, consisting of peripheral support walls in the parking lot, interior walls and columns, with flat slabs in lot 1 and ribbed slabs in the others. The floors are extended by cantilevers, forming balconies. The foundations of all buildings are indirect by micro-piles.
