This project focused on the remodeling of several areas of the Tivoli Teatre, an original project designed by the architect Raul Lino, built in the first quarter of the 20th century and inaugurated in 1924. With the intervention, the building gained new features with the creation of the new Concert/Coffee space, on the 1st upper floor, with capacity for up to 300 people, the remodeling of the lounge and the reconversion of spaces for restaurants and fashion store.

The rehabilitation and structural reinforcement intervention consisted of several works: execution of partial excavations for the construction of floor -1 and foundations; introduction of metallic reinforcements in the new openings; assembly of new metallic stage structures and lifting platform; execution of the reinforcement of masonry pillars by reinforced micro-concrete coating; execution of the reinforcement of foundations by widening the footings; grouting of the masonry walls of the turret and the interior peripheral wall; execution of the reinforcement of the existing concrete beams on floors 0 and 1, through the introduction of paired metal sheets and profiles; introduction of new stairs and replacement of two floor panels on the 1st floor in the open kitchen area.
